CrossFit St. Clair presents our first ever internal competition.
Join us on November 14, 2015, for an amazing work out where we test our limits, push ourselves, and cheer each other on through great, challenging workouts!
Co-Ed teams of 2 may enter, coaches may participate. One participant MUST be a member of CFSC; if you have a friend from another gym that you would like to compete with, you are absolutely encouraged to do so. CFSC reserves the right to refuse any entries based on qualifications and injuries.
Registration: $60 ($30/person)
Registration includes entry + participant t-shirt.
Registration due by October 24, 2015. If, at this time, it is determined that we have an uneven number of men to women, we will reassess the teams. If you have a hard time finding a partner, please reach out to our Facebook page or one of your coaches.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. We reserve the right to refuse any transfers or entries.
When do I have to enter to reserve my spot and t-shirt?
To receive a participant shirt, you must register by October 24, 2015. We will let people know if spots become available after this deadline. We can deny participation based on not meeting requirements and/or safety concerns at any time.
Can I update my registration information?
Refunds available up until November 7th, 2015.
Can I bring a friend who doesn't belong to CFSC?
Yes - as long as ONE participant is a member of CFSC, feel free to bring a friend from another box.
